Entry for 's Colors of Fall contest.

Now, after seeing all the other entries for the contest, I know I don't stand a chance going against talented digital artists with paintbrush and acrylic paint. I guess I must be really crazy to do just that.
I thought I overcame my procrastinating self, but I was proven wrong! I started this out exactly about a week before the deadline. Please, don't ask why!
Initially, I envisioned Sora and Yamato in Yamato's room. But figuring that the background may look too plain for my taste, I switched the setting to be in the outdoors. I know it's ridiculous - Sora is playing Yamato's (electric) bass in a park, which obviously would barely make any noise without electricity. Ah well. Let's just say she's "giving it a try", shall we?
I went through allot of trouble by the time I began drawing the outlines. I started off with a paintbrush, but since that was giving me a hard time, I desperately borrowed my brother's marker. Patience failed on me, and I screwed up here and there. I literally wanted to say bye bye and throw this away... actually, it had a temporary visit to the trash, neatly folded as if I knew I was going to retrieve it anyway. Fact is I was planning on doing a re-make, and then I changed my mind.

So, story is, Yamato was off to band practice, Sora off to a tennis game, but somewhere on the way their paths simply crossed
